The second annual Pennsylvania Blues Festival was held July 27 through July 29 at the Blue Mountain resort near Palmerton, Pennsylvania. Following in the tradtion of the Poconos Blues Festival, there was a great lineup and fun for everyone despite a bit of rain. With two stages and fifteen national acts there was music for everyone. Photographer Joe Rosen broke out of New York City and on this week’s Photo Page he shares some of the visual highlights of the Pennsylvania Blues Festival.
