The Photo Page – Sulwalki Blues Festival 9.14.12

The fifth edition of Suwalki Blues Festival was held July 12 – 14 in Suwalki, Poland. Well over 10,00 people attended the festival, including inhabitants of Suwałki, tourists from Poland, as well as from abroad. Concerts were given by artists from the US, Great Britain, Denmark, Sweden, Norway, France, Germany, and, of course, Poland, including such musicians as Glenn Hughes (UK) & His Band (DK/SE), Buddy Whittington Band (US), Tom Principato (US) & Fred Chapelleir Band (FR), Cedric Burnside Project (US), B.B. & The Blues Shacks (DE) – one of our favorite European blues bands, The Yardbirds (UK), Dzem (PL), Dwayne Dopsie & Zydeco Hellraisers (US), Innes Sibun Band (UK) – British guitarist who worked with Robert Plant… and many, many others.
