Blues’ 65
Otis Grand

Otis Grand, voted by Guitarist magazine as “one of the top 50 greatest Blues guitarists who ever walked the earth”. Britain’s most popular Blues guitarist and bandleader prompted B.B. King to say of his playing – “Otis plays the Guitar like I did when I was young”.

Not only is Otis admired and respected by the old Blues Masters like B. B. King and Luther Allison, he was also a personal friend and confidante with the late great Ike Turner. For the past 30 years Otis
has received a number of awards including UK Blues Guitarist of the Year (1989-96), Best Blues Albums, Best Band, and the prestigious W.C. HANDY BLUES Award. Surely these awards stand as a testimony of the man’s ability and dedication to the Blues.

Taylor Made

Melvin Taylor
Melvin Taylor is world renowned as a Jazz and Blues guitarist who has been at the top of the charts in Europe for years. Entirely self taught, he has developed a unique style and sound, mixing jazz chords with hints of blues and rock – ranging from hard, fast, explosive tones reminiscent of
Jimi Hendrix, to the refined, smooth, elegant manner of Wes Montgomery.

Melvin’s love of music shines through as he crosses over many styles, mixing fluid jazz, blues, rock, and soulful moments on his newest release “Taylor Made”, due for release in March.
